These standard terms and conditions of sale apply to all on-line transactions safe where different clauses are expressly mentioned within the store. E&OE.
Terms & Conditions
In order to comply with the European Union (EU) Directive on Distance Selling, the following Terms & Conditions must be agreed to before your order can be processed. These terms and conditions for the sale of goods will govern any contract for sale that we jointly enter into and tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully. Purchasing
By placing your order you are offering to buy the goods and permitting us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes other than those stated in our Privacy Statement - below, without asking your consent and you may request that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. Your credit card payment will be deducted prior to sending the goods ordered though this will usually be within 24 hours of the goods being dispatched. You do not own the goods until we have received payment in full. All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Damaged or Defective Goods
We endeavour to supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship. You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage and notify us as soon as possible if there are any problems so that we can arrange for their collection at no cost to you. We will offer you the option of replacement goods or a refund. Security

We do not hold or store you credit card information at any time. We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose on-line. You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing on-line over the Internet and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or wilful default. Upon submitting an order using our automated shopping basket system you will receive an E-Mail confirmation. Please check that the details contained in this email are correct. If there are any mistakes, please email us immediately. VAT & Duty
The prices shown on the product pages include UK VAT) at the current VAT rate of 15% Delivery
The shop is only avalible to UK customers. Customers in other areas please cotact us via email or webform. We have a £2.99 delevery charge for anything upto 10 KG please contact us for consignment that wiegh more. For orders recieved before 12 noon we aim to deliver the next working day although this is not aways possible. Canceling Your Contract
If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund, provided that the goods are returned undamaged and complete, together with the relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting from the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods to us at your cost and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation or if requested we can collect the goods from you at your cost. Note: If you request us to arrange for a courier collection of your product, we are unable to specify the collection time, and will require someone to be present when the courier comes.
If you wish to cancel, please write to us at the address below. We require all cancellation requests in writing, within 7 working days starting on the day after you receive the goods from us. Alternatively fax us on 01299 40 60 23 or Email info@safe-grip.co.uk. We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods only, within 30 days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation in writing. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order.
Please be sure to include the following details with all returns: Your name, Daytime telephone number & Order number, together with the reason for the return.
Direct Selling Regulation Compliance Information
The contract is entered into between ourselves at the point your payment is received and your order confirmed. The contract is made in English language only. If you need to correct an error in your order after it has been placed please do so by email or by phone immediately as most orders are sent the same day and once the goods have been sent additional carriage costs may be incurred.
